Scott Vanderbout, Director of Portland Operations
Scott manages all aspects of VuPoint Research corporate headquarters and support staff in Portland, Oregon. His career path includes both customer-facing (Director of Client Services) and technology-oriented roles (Data Analyst, Data Processing Manager), and it's his unique blend of skills that keeps VuPoint Research sights set on the methods and means that are the future of opinion research.
Steve Prether, Director of New Mexico Operations
Steve joined VuPoint Research in late 2005 after relocating from Southern California and manages Operations from our data collection facility in Las Cruces. Bringing more than 20 years of customer relations experience to the table, Steve works to implement new ideas aimed at keeping our operation efficient and our prices reasonable. Recently, he has worked at understanding the impact of adding wireless phone interviewing to meet the challenges presented by changing paradigms.
Chris Creelman, Account Executive
With more than two decades of experience in the marketing service industry, Chris is responsible for new business development and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Prior to joining the VuPoint Research team in 2005, he served as national sales manager for a list brokerage firm and worked for a web based marketing research firm. He also spent 10 years with a high-tech public relations and advertising firm in various account planning functions, where he was responsible for both qualitative and quantitative research.
Nora Hogan, Account Executive
Nora joined the VuPoint Research team in 2004 and has since worked in a wide variety of roles, including project management, data processing, client relationship development and scheduling. Previously, Nora was Client Services Director at Centrac, a data collection company in New Jersey. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in business education from Montclair State College and over two decades of experience in client relations, education and management, all of which helps her proactively respond to changing client needs.
Jayme DeVille, Project Manager
Jayme started as an VuPoint Research interviewer in 2004 and has moved up the ranks as a Supervisor and Project Analyst. Now managing projects for key clients, she provides accurate, relevant information regarding sample needs, is proactive at identifying potential challenges and communicates issues along with proposed solutions in order to keep her projects on schedule and on budget.
Juliet Welsh, Project Manager
Juliet became a Project Manager in 2012 after excelling in her previous roles as Training Manager and Supervisor. She uses her first-hand experience to help shape, develop and monitor interviewer quality and to support her clients’ needs. Juliet holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University.
Brian Ramirez, Account Executive
Brian began his journey with VuPoint Research in 2002 as a front line Supervisor and moved up the ranks to Field Manager. As we grew, Brian spent time managing Operations before moving to Sales as an Account Executive. In addition to providing outstanding service to his CATI clients, Brian manages all facets of our Coding team, increasing production and efficiency metrics by 180%. Brian keeps his telephone and coding customers more than satisfied with his "hands-on" project management and outstanding communication skills.
